On March 7, 2025, a press conference was held on the margins of the Third Session of the 14th National People’s Congress at the Media Center, during which Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister Wang Yi answered questions from Chinese and foreign media about China’s foreign policy and external relations.
我的问题是为何民调显示全球南方国家与欧美国家对华评价存在差异？王毅外长的回答不仅展现了中国外交的智慧，更揭示了“人心交融”（heart-to-heart communication）的力量。
他说：中国同广大发展中国家始终以诚相待，以心相通，彼此有天然的亲近感和认同感。
China has always engaged with other developing countries with sincerity and good faith. Our people share a natural affinity and empathy with each other.

过去，我总在思考，面对某些欧美媒体对中国的抹黑和偏见，我们的故事怎么样才能让外国受众愿意看、愿意信？现在，我越来越深切地感受到：真正打动人心的故事才是好故事，也才会有好效果。正如王毅外长所说，人民的判断，是消除偏见的阳光，人心的交融，是打破隔阂的力量。
